Red Cup Promotions – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules for booking DJ and event services with Red Cup Promotions. By submitting a booking request or making a payment, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit (percentage or flat amount you choose) is required to secure your date.

  • Remaining balance is due on or before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after deposit and signed agreement are received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Client cancellations made 30 days or more before the event may receive a partial refund (excluding deposit).

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.

  • If Red Cup Promotions must cancel due to emergency, a full refund will be issued.

3. Event Requirements

Clients agree to provide:

  • Safe venue access for equipment setup

  • Adequate electricity and space for DJ equipment

  • Protection from weather (for outdoor events)

  • Point of contact available throughout the event

4. Performance Standards

Red Cup Promotions will:

  • Arrive on time and perform professionally

  • Provide quality sound equipment

  • Play agreed-upon music preferences

  • Maintain appropriate conduct at all times

5. Liability

  • Red Cup Promotions is not responsible for venue restrictions, power outages, or crowd-related incidents.

  • Client is responsible for damages to equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or attendees.

6. Media & Promotion

With client permission, photos or short video clips taken during events may be used for promotional purposes. Clients may opt out at any time.

7. Changes & Updates

Any changes to agreements must be in writing. Terms may be updated, and the latest version will be posted on the website.
